We were very disappointed with our experience. We booked a specific boat in early June for the last week of July for our group of 14 and paid the required deposit months in advance. Just before our trip, we were told that the boat we reserved was no longer available and were forced to split into two smaller boats. This completely changed the experience, as the whole point of booking a large boat was to enjoy the day together. The worst experience I’ve ever had. This was the second time I rented a boat from this company, and both times they failed to provide the boat we had reserved in advance. This time, instead of the 14-person boat we had booked about a month earlier, they gave us two very low-quality boats after making us wait for two hours. To make matters worse, they charged us for the fuel for both boats! They completely ruined our plans and made us pay extra for their own mistake. I would definitely not recommend this company.
The worst experience I ever had with this company. We booked the boat 45 days earlier and we arrived one hour earlier and the manager his name was Luis told us that can’t give us a boat and even he said will refund. After seeing our frustration he changed his mind!!! After 1.5 hour gave us 2 low quality boat and devised us and ruined our planned fun day. Trust me, they don’t provider a good service and not accountable for their mismanagement.
Doesn’t even care for customers. Don’t go overpriced and waste. Doesn’t know how to talk to customers and do business.
