My wife and I are both in wheelchairs & on Tuesday her and I went out to this location and we tried to get me in a kayak first. The team was impressive as they were able to think outside the box. They walked us down to the dock and got the kayak up and out of the water to make it easier to transfer into. I'm an avid kayaker however, it was my wife's first time and we appreciate that they went above and beyond and took the time necessary to make us comfortable & safe. July 1, today on Canada Day at around 11:45am we went down to Dows lake to rent a luxury pedal boat, the agent at the kiosk said the winds were at 27knots they had to be under 25, we walked back to the car maybe 10minutes walk and looked up the winds were actually 15knots, I guess the agents didn’t want to work, too much effort? So now we left to a different place and saw the Snowbirds while in the car on the highway instead of on the Canal.
