Louie was great and very helpful
This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a dealership. I was not looking forward to my search for a truck however when I ended up at Truck Ranch in West Jordan I was pleasantly surprised. Michael was kind and patient while we found what we needed. Jeremiah also was no pressure and very helpful while we made our decision. No reason to go anywhere else.

I came in on a Saturday night, made it 40 minutes to closing time. We were welcomed and ensured they were here for whatever we needed. Louis, Randy and J.J. were a dream to work with! They were fast, no b.s. and had me in my new truck, with an absolutely fair price for my trade, all in one single conversation! The WORST experience we have ever had with any type of dealership. Total “bro” type greasy used salesmen. Went in to look at multiple vehicles to purchase. Salesmen forgot about us. Waited 30 min. Could never find another salesman to finish our purchase. Gave them a second chance, found a vehicle. Remained in contact all week with the salesman.
