Nothing but great things to say about this company! Amazing and knowledgeable staff, great boats, reasonable prices, I could go on and on. They’re my “go to” for boat rentals during our visits in the summers. Awesome place!

Great people here. Our daughter got hurt on the dock (not their fault at all) and they were so kind and accommodating to make sure she was taken care of. They even call us later that evening to check and see how she was doing! Highly recommend, we will use them again for sure!

Hands down some of the best customer services I’ve ever experienced. The boat ran flawless, the rates were very reasonable and best of all the employees were amazing start to finish. But what really put things over the top was the help Brant provided. In the mix of returning the boat my girlfriend dropped her phone into a pocket of the boat that didn’t make it easily visible to see. Our first time renting a boat. We weren't told we have to pay for fuel upon returning.. we assumed it was included in the boat rental fee, so that was a little frustrating as I feel they should have informed us first. Didn't have very many life jackets for youth. The gentlemen working seemed grumpy and uptight. On the plus side the boat was amazing and we had a great time! Although we enjoyed ourselves we would probably rent else where.

I rented a boat with a tube 2 weeks in advance. When I got there the life vests did not fit my wife or the kids, rather all to small or way to big. Had to use uncomfortable orange neck floaters. After that they did not have the inter tube to pull the kids with. After an hour the kids were bored. The manager was not there and never called me for a partial refund on the 5 hour rental. I called 15 times over a 2 week period and the manager would not work with me to refund the time I did not use. I was so frustrated. They ended ... read more
