Our sales representative Chris was very helpful. He asked what size trailer and what features we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. He demonstrated the trailer features and was able to answer all of our questions. He was very professional and competent. He was a pleasure to deal with in making our purchase.
I bought a brand-new 2026 camper from this dealership, and it broke down the first time I took it home. I had to spend my own money to repair it just so I could tow it back to the dealership. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for the problem. I then had to contact the manufacturer myself and go through customer care just to get the dealership to honor the warranty that came with the camper. When I picked the camper up after the repairs were supposedly completed, I was told that certain parts had been replaced.... read more
