I bought a used 2017 forest river cardinal. I couldn’t say enough about how good Chad the salesman was. He has been so helpful throughout the entire process. I have had a few problems with the service department and one of the mechanics in the back that did a very bad job looking over the camper but Chad always came through and helped me out!
I bought my RV in March. The experience was easy and seamless. Fast forward to the end of April when I had no plates (I live out of state and they use a 3rd party to register and get the plates to you). I called, it took multiple calls to finally get in contact with the title clerk who then told me there was a title issue that they were unable to get the title. This went on for 3 more months.
