Not the greatest experience, through my whole entire purchase I think I only spoke with my salesman once and then I was dealing with the sales manager and then I was dealing with somebody else. I go to pick up the camper, Im the only one there and I'm still waiting about a half hour before somebody comes out to get me then they do a demo of the camper and one of the techa finds a drill he forgot under the bottom bunk. And it's a brand new camper mind you so you shouldn't be using a drill down underneath where all the water a... read more
We recently bought a camper at camping world in Coxsackie.Ny. Our salesman was Chad Linen and he was very helpful. He comes highly recommended. Our experience with him and the team went smoothly. Again we can’t say enough good about Chad.
We can't say enough about our Salesman Chad Linen. We wanted to downsize our Fifth Wheeler camper because we purchased a home but still wanted to go camping. We were 3 hours away and Chad took the time to Facetime us with the RV's that met our needs. He always answered all our questions, even on his days off! He is an A one salesman, the kind of guy that would never miss a belt loop!
What an absolute wonderful experience we had, from the time we were greeted until we took delivery of our pre-owned unit. Service, financing, delivery were all superb. What really made this a great experience was our salesman Chris Devitt. Chris took his time to explain and answer all our questions, gave us time to look and look again when we were unsure on the unit we wanted.
