Glenn and the crew at BoatMax are the most inept group I’ve ever dealt with. Bought a brand new NauticStar Legacy 252 that has had nothing but issues. Bring them to the attention of this dealership and get excuses and reasons and deflection. Things that they “fixed” still not correct after several tries. I may have made a mistake buying a NauticStar but DEFINITELY was a mistake to go through BoatMax Orlando and Glenn and his terrible boat mechanics. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I came to this dealership a little disappointed in another dealership that I just left and from the moment I stepped on the property I was treated with class. My salesman Brian was amazing. He answered all my questions and made the process extremely easy. As the loan process was going on over a few days my wife and I were always in the loop on what or where we were at.
