They were on time when scheduled. I hired them to compound and wax my 36' carver. They came and checked the boat and gave me a price. Below the rub line where there was no chalking or oxidation the boat shined properly. I emphasized that I wanted the upper portion to shine like the bottom. I was told it was extra when they checked the boat. I agreed. The job was terrible and no where near an acceptable job. The owner did come back with an employee and played with a buffer.
