Sudden catastrophic failure of 10,000 lb lift while raising boat. Fortunately no injuries but could have had dire consequences had we been on board. The gear box failed causing cable to rapidly unspool. Company accepted no responsibility just said stuff happens. Stay away from them. Go with Tide Tamer. Better construction and responsible company.
