I ordered 6 pontoon chocks. The literature on their site said they would fit a 4-6” flange. My beam has a 5” flange. They would not fit. When I called they made me feel it was my fault and it was the web not the flange when their literature clearly states “flange” . To return I have to pay over $120 shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Very unhappy and would never order from here again! Beware!!!!
0 stars! Motor failed 3 weeks later! Will not replace. $527 owners crazy 🤪 Call EXCEL LIFTS in Webster.
