Had to spend an hour of my time helping the owners wife to sow the awning I needed repaired and because my awning hadn't been touched since I dropped it off a day and a half ago I had no choice but to pressure/assist so it would get done! Owner didn't deemed it necessary to take my cellphone # because he had my awning in his possession and probably figured it wasn't important to inform the customer if it was done or not.
