Wrote insurance policies for the wrong flood insurance policy. Wrote a car insurance policy that was not comprehensive. Seems staff are inexperienced. No one returns calls. Run! Get your insurance from someone reputable
Horrible customer service. I was referred back to this office from Allstate Corp to resolve an issue with a policy they opened from this office years ago. No matter how many times I called, I got the same receptionist telling me she would take a message or send an email, because apparently nobody in the entire office besides a Mr Delgado could help me and he never returned my calls.
