Great experience. Bill was very helpful and patient with our group. His explanation of how to get out of the lock was spot on and had us looking like seasoned Chicago boaters. Plenty of life jackets, bluetooth with a nice system, clean boat, all the essentials to keep the boat safe.
We rented the Grand Baby for three hours (did not hire a captain) and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our initial reservation was from 7 to 10 but we modified the schedule to 8 to 11 in order to view the fireworks at Navy pier that begin at 10. Bill was very accommodating and facilitated the change in our rental time. Although we started a few minutes later than planned, he advised us to return slightly later to make up for the delay. It was a 5-star boat rental experience. Bill was very nice and helpful. His 13 year-old son was so hard working and pleasant. You don’t see this kind American kids very often anymore. Forget about other companies. RENT THEM!!
Taking a boat out on the chicago river with your friends is a peak human experience. I can't imagine a better place than Rent Chicago Boats, friendly generous people, patrons of the arts and culture.
Excellent Experience! Had a great time with my family! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Everything went smoothly no issues or disappointments. I would definitely book with them again!
