My family and I are on vacation at our house in Anna Maria. The hydraulic steering went out on our 28 foot sea fox and the gas gauge went out on our 19 foot Pathfinder. I called around to a lot of boat mechanics and everyone was booked out weeks. They were able to get us scheduled next business day. The review is under Stacy Boyce but this is Garry Boyce! Boat Guys of Sarasota saved the day!!! SAVED THE DAY! I called a few others and they would not help or even see me. I was stuck with a motor that would not trim up or down. Tom was about to go home but when I arrived he jumped on helping me. He ran through everything he was doing and gave me tips. Went in late in the day with a small mechanical issue. Spent the the night there and Sylvia the site manager was exceptionally helpful. Their lead mechanic took some time from his day to help diagnose a problem. Very helpful! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to be stuck for a day. Thank you, Silvia and Jeff!
Had an issue with our tender on the way to Midnight Pass and ran into these guys at Bayfront Marina. Couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful. Totally appreciated the level of customer service we got from Silvia and Stetson to help get us back on our way - even though we caught them right in the middle of their lunch! Highly recommend these guys.
Tom did superb work on both of our boats!
