Had a great experience with Boat Floater Industries, installing a two port wave runner system in our new dock. They arrived on time, had to make a few adjustments because of a winch stand with our dock, but finished it up quickly and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Dylan was very helpful getting another float added to our lift along w/ flipping the arms to get the boat further into our slip. I highly recommend Boat Floaters!

Im sure they do good work if you can get them to return a call. Very poor communication this time around. Tp be fair I have used them in the past and didn't have a problem. This time around they gave me the run around and wasted a lot of my time and never delivered. Went another route this time

We've been trying for 2 months to get them to check a slow air leak in our boat lift that they installed almost 3 yrs ago. Very poor customer service; although they are on top of it when you are buying a lift from them! We would recommend checking other companies to install and maintain your lift.
