We've been trying for 2 months to get them to check a slow air leak in our boat lift that they installed almost 3 yrs ago. Very poor customer service; although they are on top of it when you are buying a lift from them! We would recommend checking other companies to install and maintain your lift.
At a time in this world where it is hard to find good help, the staff at Boat Floaters works harder than anyone. When the motor went out on my lift at the worst possible time, Dylan worked overtime to come and take care of my problem very quickly. Can't say enough good things about this company or the people that work for them
