Beware !! The negative reviews are right. We had lots of damage as well from absolutely not caring of others property. Torn seat, gelcoat damage, hatch damage from support post mounted in wrong position, spotlight exploded from ice, burn marks, etc. Marina tried helping but the owner Jeff was of course denying everything. They did fire them of course and As we all expected, they just say to bad so sad, thanks for your money. Sounds like the authorities might get involved for fraud behavior.
It’s shocking how people can behave so badly, cause actual damage then deny causing that damage and think that it’s ok. The negative reviews are spot on. Our families boat was clearly damage from improper shrinkwrapping and Jeff the owner takes no responsibility. It is criminal behavior and we are searching for others with similar circumstances. We do not have time for legal action but will sign a class action if it comes forward. Stay positive though there are still good honest people out there.
Would be zero stars if possible. Be Warned. They do not care. Look at all the reviews. Very scary company.
BEWARE!! Damaged both of my boats after, IMO, negligent shrink wrapping and poor workmanship. Stripped the installation anchor screws of my Sea Ray’s primary camper canvas support brackets. Then strapped with way too much tension on my Zodiac dinghy that punctured and damaged the rub rail. Terrible service and follow up. Needing to pursue thru legal recourse.
Purchased a boat stored at River Park Marina from John Guider. The seller owed The Boat Doctor and others money. Instead of following proper channels and collecting the money in a professional and ethical manner, The Boat Doctor and Hassis Paint Works ganged up with Brian at River Park Marina (which was owed nothing at the time) and held the my boat hostage until the coconspirators were paid off. Seems like extortion to me. Will follow up with the BBB and Attorney General, etc.
