First let me start off by saying - I am not the person that takes time out of my day to leave a bad review for poor customer service. However, this is some of the WORST customer service I have ever received. My husband and I dropped our boat off in mid June to have a new motor put in it. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Paid $2500 for a new engine 2 years ago, still waiting...If I don't have my boat with a new engine by the end of this month, will be filing a lawsuit. If I were you, I would find somewhere else to have my boat serviced.
