Terrible experience in every way possible. I got an estimate from Norma that I told her sounded super-high (almost twice what I had paid another outfit for the same service just months before - and I provided a receipt to sustantiate this). Rather than responding to that concern, her crew showed up and performed the work. Fine, I thought, surely I'll be billed on the basis of how long the job took.
