Ordered New Dunbier Trailer with Anthony late Jan, confirmed 3-6week & I paid deposit. Week 4 checked in for an eta, delivery now end of May - Anthony nice friendly bloke to deal with & at handover. But minimal customer communication during the long blown out delivery time. Call ya when ready. A thorough explanation on trailer guides how to adjust & set up explanation would be good at handover. Very honest and admirable guys. I’m completely new to boating and bought a second hand boat which needed a rewire and transducer sorter. I took my boat in and asked for it to be rewired and transducer sorted. Having no idea of costs etc I got a quote. I accepted it and they said they’ll need a few days. I got a call when it was ready, and the bloke , Peter ( champion ), told me he got it done in a day and therefore it was only going to cost half of what they quoted me. I called Wednesday morning and spoke to the woman on reception enquiring about purchasing a boat. She said a sales person will call me back soon. I received a call several hours later....that afternoon. I explained to the sales person what I was looking for, he said he will send pics soon of a specific boat to my mobile number. It is now Friday and nothing. Not the best way to run a business in my opinion...if you actually want to sell boats.
Great company to deal with, honest and good old fashion service.
The customer service we received from the team and particularly Anthony at Boat City was second to none. His passion for the industry shows through in his knowledge and his willingness to share information. This is something we have found to be rare these days. We will definitely be revisiting for any of our boating needs.
