My wife and I had two friends visiting from out of town and rented canoes from Eric. He was on time, pleasant and helpful, and very thorough to explain the route, process to get the canoes and equipment returned, and safety information. The day was great - mid 70s with reasonable wind, low current, and the river is very pretty and scenic. Have been using Eric for almost 20 years. No better way to explore the beautiful St. Croix River valley than through him! The last trip we took was originally supposed to be the weekend of the 4th. We had a group of 8 with 4 canoes for an overnight trip to celebrate my best friends bachelor party. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to weather. Eric was incredibly accommodating when it came time to reschedule a month later. 10/10 and 5 stars! See you this fall, Eric!
