We booked a yacht for 4 hours expecting a relaxing experience, but it turned into a frustrating and unsafe situation. Unfortunately, we missed some signs (not very clearly visible) and the yacht got stuck in the mud. When we contacted them for help, they told us the earliest assistance would arrive in 5 hours, which is completely unacceptable.
