Very disappointed in the customer service from Nick, the “Managing Partner and General Manager at Boat and. Motors , we saw him on Tuesday and he showed us a 2025 17 Key West, wrote a buyers order. We spoke to him on Thursday and and asked him if we could negotiate a $1000.00 difference in the price. He promised to call us back in five minutes…… Never called us back…….. Very unprofessional! All we asked is …to keep a promise and call us back…..
Very happy with my purchase from Boat and Motor Superstore. Salesman knowledgeable and trustworthy. Service Manager knowledgeable and responsive. Yard persons as good as you can get. Store Manager very good. Every employee was focused on wife and me. Spent a lot of money and loved doing it.
Purchased a 2024 Key West Bay Reef 210 from Nick and the crew last month. Showed up unannounced at noon on a random weekday and purchased the boat. The team busted their butts and stayed late to ensure I could take it home that day. Taking it back to them next week to install the power pole, trolling motor, and fix a couple small cosmetic issues. Very pleased with this company so far and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new boat. Thanks Boat and Motor Superstores!
If there is anything they can't do at this place I would be amazed. If I could give 6 stars I would. The team here goes above and beyond anything that is asked of them and without any hesitation, Short notice and they can complete any job you ask of them. If you take your Boat or Motor anywhere else you are doing yourself a disservice by not taking it here!
