My husband and I did not have the same experience with Boat and Motors Superstore that a lot of the other reviews here have unfortunately. By no means was it bad, but it felt very much so like a lack in interest of helping us. I walked in and was interested in paying cash, but decided to do financing option due to there being no wiggle room in price for cash vs finance. Whatever, no biggie! Very disappointed in the customer service from Nick, the “Managing Partner and General Manager at Boat and. Motors , we saw him on Tuesday and he showed us a 2025 17 Key West, wrote a buyers order. We spoke to him on Thursday and and asked him if we could negotiate a $1000.00 difference in the price. He promised to call us back in five minutes…… Never called us back…….. Very unprofessional! All we asked is …to keep a promise and call us back…..
