Easy in and out
We thought boatus was to be used during emergencies, but 4 days before hurricane Irma we needed to get our boat towed less than a mile and they wouldn't help. They said it was to protect their boats but sea tow was out there helping people. Hurricanes give plenty of warning 4 days is NOT too late to help and if that's the case why was sea tow helping people, total waste of our money.
