Believing in supporting local small business I used Boardwell. Give it a 4 for the water heater & the lift pump last year. This year was not good with a thermostat issue. After multiple attempts at being patient, I still got the wrong tstat after dealing with them all of 2024. If they don't deal with dual heat they should have said so up front. Now I have paid 2 different contractors for what they should have done in the beginning. I doubt they will be HVAC dealer moving forward.
Technician arrived at scheduled time and made repairs as needed. He was clean and respectful. Put on shoe booties prior to walking into house. Very pleased.

So glad that Doug was able to get out to our house within the day of our furnace going out. He diagnosed the issue in minutes of walking into the house, went to get the parts, and had it fixed and running all under 2 hours. I would highly recommend Boardwell to anyone needing service for their home.
Dave and the team did a fantastic job! We had an emergency situation with temperatures outside of only 9 degrees. We called in the morning and they had us fixed up in no time! Reasonably priced and very nice staff! I would highly recommend this HVAC company!
