I had a very disappointing experience at this Volkswagen service center. Their operator called me and informed me that the part for my repair had arrived, so I took a day off from work and came in for my 8:30 a.m. appointment. After waiting for more than three hours, the service staff told me they couldn’t find the part. No clear explanation was provided, and I was simply told to come back another day. I had an excellent experience getting an oil change here! Sal Saucedo provided exceptional customer service from start to finish - friendly, honest, and very efficient. He saved me both time and money by clearly explaining what I needed (and what I didn’t). The service was quick, affordable, and done right.
