My experience with this service started from 2019 when I first bought my car at the dealership. The car had engine light on after a few days' driving. It's not the service's fault, but I had to bring the car to the service for 3 times until they figured out the issue and fixed it. We bought a 1 year old factory certified Jetta from Winn Volkswagen in Newark 2 years ago. We were talked into buying a “Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Service Protection Vehicle Service Contract” which meant we would have to get our Jetta serviced at an authorized VW service center. We chose Boardwalk. We brought our car in for scheduled service in 2023 and asked them to check the brakes as they were squealing. EDIT: I saw your reply. I have proof of the exchange that took place. Also, this was near my house so had no option but to come to you. Luckily I moved so I have another option now. Also I got a multi point inspection done at another VW service center and found that your team missed a major brake hardware from my car. I have the proof of work that your team did.
