Long story short: I came here for a recall service, and left with a missing part. I brought my car to this place for a Volkswagen recall today. When I picked up the car, I noticed one of the wheel center caps was gone. I asked the service advisor, Salvador, about it. First, he complained that the team shouldn’t have power-washed my car. After that, he mentioned I need to buy the whole hub cap in order to fix this. But I wasn’t asking to buy a replacement. I simply need them to get my car back without a missing part! Booked service and was told the recall can be fixed by software update. Can be done while I wait. Get to the 9:30 appointment on time, then I’m being told they need the car until 4PM. They don’t do loaner cars.

Quick and easy 1 year warranty service. Had coffee in the waiting area, listened to some music, read the news, and then voila, the car was coming out of the wash. :). Oscar was great!

From my past experience I was not excited to have to "deal" with the service department again, BUT Oscar S. was wonderful to work with. He made dropping off my car and contacting enterprise for my rental a breeze. Thank you Oscar for making my situation easy to handle and for being so helpful!!
