The apartment was clean and in a great location. beds were comfortable. the tv went out when we were there and had zero issues with the owner to get it fixed. Overall great for the price and would def stay there again

We chose The Boardwalk Terrace for its unbeatable location—just steps away from the beach and boardwalk—which really was the highlight of our stay. We also want to give a special shoutout to a young employee named Elio, who was very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to assist us with parking when our spot wasn’t available due to the previous guests overstaying. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I booked a reservation and after carefully reading through the horrible reviews, I cancelled immediately. Alma texted me saying that my deposit (the whole reservation charge) would be forfeited as in NOT RECEIVING A REFUND?? Even after I received an email from booking.com that my cancellation would be free of charge. After Alma yelling and being aggressive over the phone, she finally agreed on refunding a partial amount but still charging me for a “processing fee” as if it takes mo... read more
