La verdad no aconsejo este hotel el servicio malo y todo muy viejo y mocoso fue horrible I really don't recommend this hotel. The service was bad, everything was old and run-down, it was horrible.
Staff was wonderful accommodating a last minute booking. Very pleasant and professional.
Do not book here if you value your money. This place is very unprofessional. I made a reservation and canceled it before the cancellation deadline, so I was entitled to a refund. Instead, I had to call four times over the course of four weeks, and each time I was told they were "very busy" and that I just had to wait. I never received my refund, so I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Me and, my family had the greatest time staying at Boardwalk Terrace throughout the holidays... It was a pleasure, and, honor to meet the families owners... And, we can't wait to return until next year ! Much thanks and, much blessings from the Warren family !
We rented here last year and this year very nice people rooms r alright but hey who cares I was planning on being inside of the place anyways but definitely would rent from here again
