Good residential apartment where people can dwell and it’s a good neighbourhood with a lot of amenities like gym, pool and nearby shops that you can walk up to and buy something at the same time. I would recommend strongly for anyone looking for an apartment.
First and foremost, my apartment (and the complex) is very clean. It "feels" new and doesn't feel like it was previously lived in. I worked with Destiny throughout the move-in process and it was a breeze. So far, I placed 1 work order (for two minor issues) and it was resolved the following day. The gym/fitness center is pretty legit! Free weights, stair master, treadmills, smith machine, etc.. You won't regret moving here.
Update - Apartment Manager Karla made this happened and solved our problem. We are happy with the apartment. More weed smell comes from air vent. Complained to the management no stringent action being taken. Really dissatisfied. Not even a warning email to the tenants.
Apartment is very well maintained and friendly management. Karla, Keylee and Destiny are really works well to keep our stay safe and comfortable. Haider from Service support staff is also friendly and fixes service requests on time.
I've lived here almost a year and I have had no complaints! The maintenance guys are super nice, fast, and very respectful. Both of them, I can tell, actually care about the residents.
