This apartment is amazing! I talked with Kaylee and she is very smart and knowledgeable about the property. She was able to help me with all the questions I had. The property is clean and a great place to be if you are looking for an apartment. It is also close to everything in San Antonio. Amazing community!
I am living here from past one year and since the week 1 we are here till date there were multiple scenarios where elevator does not work for almost 4 to 5 days at a stretch and even after they repair, it would stop working sometimes and had to compliant again. This makes us frustrating really. This keeps happening only for building 3. I would recommend everyone to avoid building 3 if you are looking for 3rd or 4th floor. I’ve only been here for a short two weeks I don’t have much to review as of yet. Nonetheless, my experience with Destiny, the leasing agent, has been nothing short of awesome thus far! Hopefully, i will update my review of the community altogether once I’ve established more time here!
Do not live here. When we moved in, the floors already had damage and the apartment smelled like animal urine. There was also a roach issue. When you move out, they hold your deposit hostage and upcharge you ridiculous amounts of money for everything. Avoid this place and Greystar as well. A bunch of crooks overcharging their tenants and taking advantage when you move out. Will be filing a complaint with the appropriate agencies.
