I was a faithful tenant for over 3 years. When I left I had a walkthrough with the manager who told me all was well. I was still charged for cleaning. They don’t play fair. My original dog deposit was never returned. I am currently engaging in a class action lawsuit. Just be aware.
Very clean and cozy place to leave
Haider has been a great help since I have moved to the apartment. He quickly diagnose the problem accurately and has the right parts on hand or can get them promptly.
The apartment is really well designed and comfortable, and the community around it feels warm, well cared for, and genuinely pleasant to live in.
Lived here for 2 years. 2023-2025 Initially shaky with random dead huge roaches being found all over my unit clearly having an direct entry point that was not my door. (I always double weather strip, close drains, and check doors of my apartments for this reason) But the office said its "normal" in Texas and the maintanence at the time was extremely rude and walked away when doing a walk with the leasing girl at the time because he didn't want to help me anymore.
