Terrible customer service. Loud house party going on above me. I called after hours security at 11:30 pm to ask them to look into it. Loud party still happens so at 2am I called again and put in another complaint. 3am I call again, Vivian tells me there is no update from security and she has no idea why and I have to call the non emergency police number...I tell her no they aren't open this is your responsibility. I set up an appointment for my friend and they never showed up. So I call head office and complained and they set up another appointment then he gets there and the person in the office says they have no rental available so I call in again and somebody named Sarah called me. She tells me she will call me back in a few minutes to let me know what rentals they have....shocker no return call.
