This place sucks. I can’t begin to explain my thoughts of how bad we have been treated here. Literally like nonexistent human beings we are either constantly out of heat or hot water. There is mold in a lot of the areas of the apartment as well. Should have looked at the reviews before moving here because man this is a hell-hole. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. 0 stars! Creekside apartments are horrible, I can’t wait til my lease ends. It’s always something wrong and they take their time getting it fixed or doing anything about it. That’s if they decide to do anything at all. A waste of time to even call to place a request or anything because they have attitudes for what seems like having to do their jobs. A waste of money. When maintenance does come they just walk in, no message to let you know what time or anything beforehand they just walk in. I now keep a camera up due to that.... read more

How is this place still legally operating???? 0 stars. Any time you call the office the receptionists have an attitude and get mad at you it’s asinine. The apt wasn’t sealed, the ac window unit never worked and they never fixed it, roaches, no hot water weekly, heat not working. Anything you think can go wrong in an apt, it did. They also scam you without disclosing fees or bills in the lease. Being homeless is 100% a better option.
