Hard to expect much from a corporate property management company to begin with, but these guys definitely don't care about their tenants. Completely disrespectful and no regard for others. Our building just got bought out by these guys and I could not leave sooner. Overfilling our one dumpster and recycling bins with their construction trash rather than renting or bringing their own receptacle. Our experience with Boardwalk has positive. The heat was not functioning in the apartment and Boardwalk sent someone out the same day to fix it. While there, the maintenance person noticed another thing that needed to be fixed and returned quickly to fix that as well.
I know how much and how hard it is to get Housing For students, But damn this place has to be the worst POS place you can get. My Kid Never has heat, Windows that never open, no screens, Bathrooms showers ceiling coming down. The City of Boulder or CU Definitely has to do something!! It's 16° and there is no heat on for the entire building!! 1515 Broadway
