How is this place still legally operating???? 0 stars. Any time you call the office the receptionists have an attitude and get mad at you it’s asinine. The apt wasn’t sealed, the ac window unit never worked and they never fixed it, roaches, no hot water weekly, heat not working. Anything you think can go wrong in an apt, it did. They also scam you without disclosing fees or bills in the lease. Being homeless is 100% a better option. Hard to expect much from a corporate property management company to begin with, but these guys definitely don't care about their tenants. Completely disrespectful and no regard for others. Our building just got bought out by these guys and I could not leave sooner. Overfilling our one dumpster and recycling bins with their construction trash rather than renting or bringing their own receptacle. I feel bad for my neighbors and more so for whoever is responsible for picking up our (their) trash. And the trash issue is only the... read more
Our experience with Boardwalk has positive. The heat was not functioning in the apartment and Boardwalk sent someone out the same day to fix it. While there, the maintenance person noticed another thing that needed to be fixed and returned quickly to fix that as well.
