I’ve been living at the South St location for a year now and have loved it. It’s my first apartment and being able to have the experience of having a relatively good apartment has been a blessing. It’s a quiet part of town and it’s close to a lot of the main attractions in Boulder. I love hooking up my hammock to the trees out in the front and sitting outside, I love being able to have a nice place to grow my vegetables and have flowers. They walked in on me unclothed out of the shower because there was a “tour”, with no warning email or anything at all. Despicable.
Maintenance always responds promptly, and there is no fault in the ability to communicate with the staff for boardwalk, great stuff.
I am an easy tenant. I don't complain I don't make noise I don't start a fuss I don't reach out for maintenance requests unless it is something that is in dire need of repair. However, Boardwalk Realty is the worst property management company I have ever had the misfortune of leasing from. Since I've lived here, I've had maintenance people let themselves into my apartment unannounced (he asked if a random car was mine and was incredulous that I would be upset that this dude just unlocked my door and walked into my apartment)... read more
