Moved in July 10 and it is now August 11 and still no central air. Multiple maintenance requests ignored. I have to continually call them to find out what’s going on. They are unresponsive to anything online through their portal and you have to wait till Petra is in the office to just find out the status of your maintenance request when you call. With the temperature in the 90s every day this is unacceptable! I do not recommend this company. Zero stars.

I have been happily renting with Boardwalk Realty for the past nine years, living in three different properties, and my experience has been consistently outstanding. Throughout the years, both the management team and the maintenance staff have always been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It is honestly really frustrating how unprofessional and rude the people are at this establishment. I've on multiple occasions called to complain about issues in my apartment, where they consistently blame me for the issue and will not fix it completely. There was water damage from the apartment above me, which caused the ceiling to smell and look like mold. I told them this, and maintenance took to long to come yet after I was promised it would be fixed within the next week (it took a month). They only came two hours later ... read more

If you value your health and your wealth, DO NOT RENT FROM BOARDWALK REALTY. I had the displeasure of renting a studio apartment from this company and I can easily say that it was a mistake and a wonderful adventure into tenant law. MAINTENANCE: If you want it fixed, it’s not going to ever happen. I had water leaking from my bathroom doorframe and ceiling light (not exaggerating!), called and emailed multiple times to have this fixed, and nothing happened. Had an issue with a leak in my bathroom, maintenance guy came In and put a cut up milk jug under the leak and just left it as is. The leak was never fixed.
