if i could give a lower rating i would. this is one of the WORST places to live. sure its cheap but its clearly cheap for a reason. we are very clean people and have our weekly cleaning sessions btw. our laundry room had ants SPEWING out of cracks going into our apartment and im sure others, all they did was put 3 traps down even tho we told them to take a look at the laundry room where the source was. had to get rid of the ants ON OUR OWN without help from them. tried to blame it on our animals but we had them since moving ... read more

I had a terrible experience with Boardwalk and would not recommend them to anyone. Their management is unprofessional, unresponsive, and careless toward tenants. Maintenance requests take forever (if they are addressed at all), and communication is very poor. They seem more interested in taking money than actually providing proper service. Issues are ignored, promises are not kept, and tenants are treated with no respect. This company clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. This has been a very difficult experience. I missed several important business calls because of unresolved pest issues, which affected my income. My mother is a diabetic amputee and recently fractured her other leg, making it very difficult for her to navigate the stairs in our current unit. We are First Nations and had hoped for more understanding and accommodation, especially considering my mother’s needs.
