I made an appointment for Oil change online and was given a $10 discount, and although I arrived early for my appointment Kevin Hileman greeted me immediatey, he took the time to tell me that they could also take care of a recall that my car needed done. Kevin was professional and knowlegable. Kevin went above and beyound to represent The Boardwalk Honda company providing me with excellent customer service. Thank you Kevin Hileman and Boardwalk Honda.

3hr oil change, bought the car here, its a Nissan.Brought my own filter since they didn't have it in stock (its a honda dealership,understandable) still waiting.... think its retaliation, because I didn't want to wait 2 hours earlier in the day, I had an appointment, and had to cancel. I bought the filter on my way back for a later appointment. Was treated like an idiot. 1st appointment was told needed to order a part, and it would be in tomorrow and never check on a key fob problem( which i handed him in a baggie not fully put back together. Also told me I needed all this work done. Which shouldn't be done til 80,000 miles. My car only has 36 000. 2nd day, I tried to call and was sent a text to make appointment and hung up on. 3rd day went in for appointment. Same guy, didn't know if part was there found it, fixed.
