Boardwalk Burgers in Concourse A at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport needs to do better. I stopped by around 10 PM on May 4th and was met with some of the worst customer service I’ve had in an airport. One employee, Tamia, was openly rude—talking in a nasty tone, interrupting, and showing zero professionalism while I was trying to address an issue with the manager. Was my favorite burger place in the airport...until tonight when I saw a roach on the counter...the counter where they prepare the food. The cook just squeezed it to death with a napkin, but didn't clean anything. Grossed me out. Threw my food away and ate at CFA instead
Veggie burger was really low quality, shedded lettuce and a giant tomato slice that had the core in it.
