After a long warm day we headed to Boardwalk ice cream in Saugatuck. Quick friendly service serving Hudsonville and Ashby's Sterling ice cream. I had the black cherry and my wife had the coffee flavored. Both were outstanding. We ate our ice cream on the outside seating area with a nice breeze off the water. Great way to end the day.
I gave the Boardwalk Deli a try for breakfast one day, and I’m glad I did. Ordering inside went smoothly and I was easily able to find a seat outside. With the right weather, it’s very pleasant. My San Diego breakfast sandwich arrived quickly and looked great. The umbrella unfortunately gave a red glare to my photos, but it was a good looking sandwich. The fillings tasted fresh and were generous without making it a mess to eat. I was very happy with my sandwich, and prices seemed fair. I’ll definitely eat here again.
We had ice cream on two different days. Our scooper Daniel was awesome. He always greeted with a smile and was very polite and upbeat! You get a lot of ice cream for the price. 10 out of 10 recommend!
