Avoid calling because you get answering machine everytime!!!! – I had got a gift certificate for my birthday to the Boardwalk day spa. I was really excited until I called to make a appointment and got a rude answering service. I called back a days later and got their answering service and left a message. I didnt get a call back till 3 days later on my answering machine because I was at work. When I tried to call back it was the same thing again. THE ANSWERING MACHINE!!! Pampered to the Max! – For Valentine's Day I was given a gift certificate, it took me a while to get around to using it. I had a friend coming in from out of town so I booked my appointment for the Stress Relief Package and a Diva Package for her. They accomodated me with a last minute appointment.
