This dealership provided excellent service for a recent software update (for a recall) on my car. I appreciated how easy it was to make an appointment, and I was pleasantly surprised by their next-day availability. The drop-off process was seamless and efficient. Oscar, who assisted me, was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout. Best of all, the work was completed in a few hours.

Do not take your vehicle here….they claim they can’t find a problem when it is under warranty and then try to charge you anyway because according to them if they don’t know how to fix the problem, there is no problem so you have to be charged. Never-mind that 6 error codes came up when they ran the diagnostic. Avoid service advisor KEVIN like the plague…never met a more rude or condescending person.
