Extremely disappointed with our 9 night stay at the Boardwalk! We booked a 3 bedroom apartment with ocean views. The whole place felt unclean, uninviting and had a distinct unpleasant odour! The furniture was stained; the bathrooms were in desperate need of a good clean; the dishwasher stunk; carpet dirty & tread-bare; terrible velour blankets; very limited mix-matched cutlery & crockery and we shared the accommodation with a couple of cockroaches!! Spacious and convenient location. Great value for money. Kids had lots of fun in the spa and pool. Opposite great beach. Three minutes stroll along the beach to great restaurants and shops.
So glad we found this amazing place, in our favourite part of the Gold Coast 👌🏾
