The view was fantastic, however the place was not clean. The use of kitchen was not posible as dishes all looked dirty and not usable. The plates had black scratches like they had led paint and the paint was damaged. The rangehood was caked with grease, the rangehood filter was dripping with grease. I placed it in a dishwasher and washed it. The air return filter was blocked with dust, it has not been cleaned since the place was built. Broadwalk resort, good location easy access to the beach and restaurants, we were on floor 12, beautiful see views, our stay was 4 days and our towels didn’t get changed, not much was shared at check either, but over all we enjoyed our time.

Clean and modern apartments next to the beach, shops and restaurants with private parking, gym and swimming pool. A great spot to spend a few days on the Gold Coast.
