If i could give this place zero stars i would, from the moment we got to the apartment, no one was at the reception to give us our room keys,we sat there waiting and trying to make phone calls to the management to get keys since we had booked online. Mind you we had 3 kids who were already exhausted from traveling,on getting to our booked apartment, we were welcomed with a strong stench of the dirty carpet,the couches were so dirty with stains i couldn't let my 1 yr old even touch them leave alone sit on them.our main bedroo... read more

Stayed at Boardwalk for 4 nights. Clean rooms and a nice vibey feel about it. Great location right on the beach and only a couple of minutes walk to the main shopping strip. Nice gym with plenty of equipment and decent size pool and outdoor area. On the day of our departure one of us woke up with food poisoning and we had to move our flights back a day. The reception staff and manager were super accomodating and found us a new room to stay in for the extra night despite the holiday season and lack of accommodation. Would hig... read more

Booked 3 bd ocean view. I encourage people looking at booking to read the lowest reviews as they are very accurate. The ocean front view and location are the only 4 star things about this place. The apartment was visibly dirty. There were no basic cleaning supplies provided (such as dishwashing detergent, tea towels, cleaning cloths or laundry detergent).
