What a weird place. We gathered 3 estimates for a relatively small/simple screened porch - all in the $23-25k range. A rep from this company came out - gave us a spitball of $25-40k. She emphasized that us being “the right fit for them” would be important. In a follow up call before the scheduled meeting to discuss further, she said the estimate was now $100k. She could not describe the reasons for this huge shift. I guess we won’t be having a second date with this company.
