From the first day of looking for an apartment to the final day of move out, our utmost respect and trust remained in Will Henriquez. He had been extremely professional and knowledgeable on all aspects encountered and was always available to help. The staff are molded the same, truly an enjoyable process and fun to be around in passing or picking up deliveries at the main office. This is a great place to live and enjoy all the amenities within walking distance. Thank you!
Boardwalk is great on the surface and I enjoyed the location, amenities, and look of the apartment. However, we had major humidity and mold issues in our apartment that were never properly fixed. There was visible mold on vents and walls when we moved in, and humidity often hit 80%. Our dehumidifier filled every few hours, and things like salt lamps and wood furniture started to mold.
