Excellent place to live, with friendly and respectful neighbors (a few exceptions). The condominium's maintenance and cleanliness are highly outstanding, with very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend it.
I would like to say I truly appreciate the professional and prompt assistance I received by Will Henriquez and Megan in the office. They were incredibly responsive with being only 2 of them. I know they get busy and both handled my urgent request with care and efficiency. Their support made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Thank you Will and Megan for the EXCELLENT service!!
Resident Apr 2023-Mar 2025. Convenient location, but our stay involved significant issues. Recommend documenting all interactions if you rent here. While the management tends to deny the very words they write, you may need their words at some point in order to hold them accountable. 1. A/C Failure (>1 Year): Endured temps over 80F & high humidity.
