It is unfortunate that I’m leaving this review, as my experience with Viktoria was wonderful—she was kind, made me feel comfortable, and was very knowledgeable. My one star review is centered upon waiting over 30-minutes for a tour, although a tour was officially scheduled for a specified time. When the associate finished lunch, I was greeted in a non-chalant manner and she appeared rude/cold. I did not feel welcomed or comfortable. Stephanie is amazing she is always so helpful! I love living here, the customer service from Stephanie alone is worth staying here. The ladies out front are very helpful and kind as well.
I had a great experience touring Boardwalk at Millenia thanks to our leasing agent, Faith! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. Faith was also very informative, she answered all of our questions thoroughly and gave us a clear picture of what living at the property would be like. We really appreciated her patience, professionalism, and positive attitude. She definitely made a great impression and helped us feel confident during our search!
Faith was very knowledgeable of the complex and very thorough during our tour. She was kind of to show us around without an appointment. She was very kind and courteous. If you’re looking for a new home, I would definitely recommend to ask for Faith.
