My family is looking to move within the next month or so and came across Boardwalk and decided to check it out. Even though we came in without an appointment, we were still able to tour the same day. We were impressed with how well we were taken care of by their leasing agent, Faith Fox. Moving in, this place would have definitely been a 5 star review, but after living here for 9 months it’s gone completely downhill. The only plus here are the community amenities; gym, pool, club house which gave them the one star. Besides that, there’s nothing else good I have to say. Right after moving in we realized we are living above someone that have different suspicious people in and out of their home all day and all night, leaving shopping carts in the walkway or in front of the stairs making it difficult to get by. ... read more
