DO NOT LIVE HERE. This property has serious safety and management issues. There are frequently homeless individuals inside the building and groups congregating on the stairwells. On one occasion, someone was urinating and defecating in a bucket on the third floor and spilled it in the hallway. When I reported this, management refused to check and told me to call the police myself. The staff are always polite and the customer service is top notch. I had fast and friendly responses to all questions and maintenance issues. Very quite and clean environment

We lived at Boardwalk at Millenia for five years, and overall it was a great place to call home. Like anywhere, we experienced both good and challenging moments, but the positives truly stood out. The location is unbeatable—close to everything and incredibly convenient for getting around, which made daily life much easier for our family.
