The move in process, from the tour, rental application, online lease signing to arriving to a clean, functional apartment, has been easy and hassle free. The location, across from Otay Ranch Mall, and the clean, well maintained property made the decision to move here a no brainer.
I’ve had a great experience living at Boardwalk at Millenia. The staff is amazing and always friendly and professional. Victoria, in particular, goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of and is always incredibly helpful. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Besides having a kick-ass name, "Boardwalk at Millenia" this place rocks for so many other reasons. My 8 year old nephew, and 9 year son come to visit and enjoy this place to the fullest. It makes me proud to live in a community that my family enjoys.
