Our unit was dirty and in need of a deep cleaning. For a cleaning fee of $160, it should have been "very clean," and instead, I wore socks for a barrier between my feet and the nasty floor. I will not come back.
I would really give this a 4.5 if I could. It was mostly great when we stayed there. The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the view was beautiful. Everything was comfortable, and they have carts available to help get luggage and everything up to the room. The only thing holding us back from a 5 star is that the bedroom is closest to the outdoor hallway, where the elevator is, and we periodically had a lot of noise exposure.
Larry rented Boardwalk unit 886 to us for a week. The view is amazing. We saw many dolphins every morning & afternoon. The sun rise was beautiful & the water wonderful. Suds & Sea Restaurant & Bar is Right outside on the beach. Unit 886 was very comfortable & had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean. Looked like new towels. Beds so comfortable. I loved the recliner/rocker. Deck is so nice. Choose this condo if available.
