Your responses to a poor review on booking.com are laughable. Your bathroom was disgusting and having to experience the vomit after a big night by others is not acceptable. Just apologise. You were not there. The water coming through the floor boards at the door of 2a was also terrible. Walking through that was disgusting in my socks. But you responded not possible. It has an age restriction for under 35 years only. No mention of this on its booking page. Kind of a hazzle to be there to find out and all paid for not able to check in. The staff was helpful to get me a refund!
