Got my car washed Friday feburary 27th 2026. During my wash the washer blew my door handle completely off and made my jeep windows Malfunction it kept rolling down my back windows during the wash my leather seats got soaked in the backseat the front seat the floor every time I try to roll my windows up. They kept rolling back down because the water pressure knocked my door handle off and disrupted my sensors to the point where my windows kept rolling down on their own. I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. They ripped me off for $15 on Valentine's Day and took the money from my credit card, but the wash never turned on! Tried to call the number on their sign, only to be told the voicemail is FULL! I have been scammed here before but I thought since they refurbished the place I'd give them another chance. Sadly...nothing has changed! Terrible customer service!

I went into the wash, paid $16 and it dispensed soap all over my car and shut down during it, so I had to back out and leave to go to another one. I tried calling both the service number and the other one for the location twice, and got no response and the voicemail was full so I had noone to talk to about this matter. This place was great and has good prices the last times I went, but now I hope they see this and can resolve the problem, and I'd be more than glad to change my review.
