UPDATE: Called the number twice same day they commented on my review and got voicemail, but still no call back and still waiting for refund to arrive. So fed up! Don't tell someone to call a number and not answer or respond at all! I purchased a vip wash through the mobile app and when I tried scanning it didn't register, tried typing in the code and it came up that it couldn't find anything. Touchless car wash that even removes all the bug guts off the front of my vehicle... Recent kiosk updates gave me problems but support was very quick and positive. Waiting on information about new app.
I purchased a vip wash through the mobile app and when I tried scanning it didn't register, tried typing in the code and it came up that it couldn't find anything. I sent an email to the address listed on app with no response, a month later tried the code again nothing. Called the phone number listed and explained that I emailed and now calling to request a refund with still no response. So I am now put 16 bucks i will take my business elsewhere from now on.
