It could go either way I've had several experiences with BMS. Unfortunately more then half of them were bad. The staff had no clue and wasn't willing to help you with much. I have had one or two good trips. But for the most part the employees at THIS location aren't the friendliest. If you have to go here, because they do have good medical supplies, I'd go to their main office in Girard. Much nicer there!
great service I get my diabetic supplies from Boardman Medical Supply. They call to see if my products have arrived, which I think is a wonderful service. The delivery time is very quick. The service personnel are very courteous and helpful. The prices are comparable to other medical supply companies in the area.
First time site users I am an emtb (National registry) and I am current in the Paramedic program at YSU. Im not in class through the summer, but I would like to keep doing the skills that I have learned. I thought with the summer months rapidly approaching, I should put together a decent jump kit. I am hoping you have some good ideas of what I should have with me. I haven't been to your stores, but I will be shortly. If you have any suggestions to help me put together supplies that I should carry, I really appreciate any inp... read more
Okay My daughter needed a compressor and nebulizer treatment. We were given the equipment at the pediatricians office and they told us the Boardman Medical Supply would pick it up two months later. We called them and they looked up our account and said we had to drop it off ourselves. By the time I juggled my baby and this big box with all the equiptment in it into the store and waited in line 30 minutes, they told us it was ours to keep. They said the insurance company bought it for us. A couple weeks later we got a bill fo... read more
