Light years above the Warren office. I don’t get hung up on here, and I don’t get spoken to rudely here like the Warren office.
Absolutely awful experience. Manager acting like complete sweatshop owner. Screaming in the back unprofessionally and swearing at employees. Very hostile environment. Because of all of this drama, it was then a 3-hour wait. Very disappointed. Will never go back. Very snappy employees. I end up leaving and not even getting checked out.
Got taken care of right away at the time of my appointment. Great friendly staff.
The doctors here are fantastic and personable. I had Dr. Dodig. He was friendly and cares about his patients. I also had physician Tiffany, she was very thorough and made sure to get me the appropriate treatment. Very friendly as well. As for the nursing staff, many seemed indifferent, like you are a bother to them and one was downright rude. No one acknowledges you in the waiting room. You sign in at the window and no one greets you. They all stay behind the one way window. Some people have questions or may need assistance.... read more
