The front desk person who checked me in wasn't very pleasant and made me a little uncomfortable being there as it was my first visit. However Dr. Dodig's NP was wonderful! She had excellent bedside manner and made me feel much more comfortable. Being a RN myself, first impressin and the way you treat someone its very important and says alot about a person's character.
Got help the same day in Boardman, and it gave me peace of mind and quick relief. I didn't need a referral, so getting care was easy with no delays. The team was kind and on it, and I felt like I was in good hands.

Was charged 25 dollars for making an appointment then canceled was not even a paient yet had not signed a consent to treat form simple phone call now they want to take me to collections BEWARE if this how greedy they are before you even step foot in the office I can imagine the shitty care I would receive you will hear from my attorney no consent to treat form signed i can cancel an appointment i was not an established paient your just greedy stay away or you will get a bill for nothing
