RecommendedWe have been taking our furbabies here for several years. Our dog, Sparkles, LOVES to come play with her friends. She jumps out of the truck and RUNS to the door, anxiously waiting to see everyone. Our cats have been there and have even had total roam & control of the cat room. We love the staff - always pleasant and know your baby by name as soon as you walk in the door or call. Boarding the Ark has been a godsend for me and my sweet dog Prince. I live alone and can't stand the idea of him having to be crated while I'm working. He loves going to spend his day at Boarding the Ark and treats it almost like his second home. The staff is wonderful to him, and he loves them so much! I recommend this business to anyone who may have a similar situation with their pup or kitty.
I had a horrible experience with the doggy daycare here . After only a few visits she was very sick and had lost weight . She was scared of anyone who tried to approach her, including me if I moved to quickly . Before we went here she would pull me towards people instead of away ! I ended up with a vet bill of over 2k because of a lung infection she picked up while there . Both of my dogs loved staying at Boarding the Ark Daycare Pet Resort. They are both stay at home dogs and I was from out of town and my daughter suggested this place because her dog goes there on a daily basis. My dog Katie is very skittish of other dogs in group settings and they worked with her and she was able to interact with the daycare dogs with no incidents. I boarded my dog here to go on vacation and when we came back he was a completely different dog. He used to love everyone that came up to him and was excited to go places. Now whenever someone that is outside of our family comes up he cowers and tries to run away and whenever we go somewhere he is terrified we are going to leave him.
