Omg our dog loves it there. They are so good with my boy. Also love the hours. So flexible and do not have to make a reservation first. Just drop in and they take him.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this pet hotel. This was my dog’s first time ever being boarded, and he came home with visible scratches on his face, nose, and near his eye. I had called to check in on him during his stay and was simply told he was "doing fine"—no mention at all of any injuries. We also provided enough of his specific food for the entire duration of his stay and emphasized that he should not be given anything else due to his sensitive stomach.
