Former employee here. There is a lot of things that happen behind the scenes that I want to make aware. 1. They don't properly asses dogs for when they add them to groups. Sense working there, there has been countless dog vs dog fights. Some ended up needing stitches including the employees. 2. Employees are paid bare minimum and only a few actually care about the dogs and the dog's safety. There is no abuse happening just a lack of care for any of the dogs. 3. I have to agree with these poor reviews. I turned tail after visiting. It’s like pet jail. It’s not welcoming one bit.
They are a great place to take your pet to. They will take excellent care of your pet.
I just wanted to leave an amazing review for Vincent. We had an issue come up today regarding our dog’s immunization records that were previously submitted, but somehow not in the system. Upon hearing our dog would be isolated until we provided documentation we called the vet to send the info right over. We spoke to two different people who said they would look out for the email/and or get Grizz into socialization. However upon picking up Grizz around 4 no one ever looked into her records and was left with no socialization f... read more
