Had a pleasant experience purchasing a new boat at BoardCo. Staff was responsive and knowledgeable. They didn’t try and sell the most expensive boat but got to know us and helped us to make an informed decision that met our needs. Have no problem recommending BoardCo for your next boat purchase.
Board Co is fantastic! They post an unbelievable amount of quality content online and back that up in person/over the phone! I called them with a question about a boat from a different dealer and they spend 20 minutes on the phone helping me understand boat buying and specifically the boat I am interested in! My salesman, Jared, really wasn't a salesman. He was more of a representative or communications director and made the entire experience great. He even provided this great support after I made the purchase and took the boat 1,400 miles away. They were great to do business with.
Absolutely incredible customer service, they take the time to answer any questions, help guide you to picking the proper for your surfing style. We have ordered multiple boards over the last few weeks for all our family members from boardco and they have all come perfectly on time for our trips. All boards are packaged cautiously for protection. 11/10 it’s the only place to order a board from.
