The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Tanner (our salesman). He was very nice and I believe he was sincere in his promises. After my experience I looked back at their reviews. They have a bunch of 5 star reviews from people who purchased a new boat and were happy. I would sure hope that someone who just bought a new toy they wanted would be happy. We ordered an $800 surfboard that arrived damaged. BoardCo resolved the issue to our satisfaction.
Tanner is awesome. I will send all my friends to him and will only buy boat from him inthe future. He always answers my calls and helps me with any questions. I’m glad I bought my NV233 from him.
Had a pleasant experience purchasing a new boat at BoardCo. Staff was responsive and knowledgeable. They didn’t try and sell the most expensive boat but got to know us and helped us to make an informed decision that met our needs. Have no problem recommending BoardCo for your next boat purchase.
Board Co is fantastic! They post an unbelievable amount of quality content online and back that up in person/over the phone! I called them with a question about a boat from a different dealer and they spend 20 minutes on the phone helping me understand boat buying and specifically the boat I am interested in!
