Boardco and Grady were excellent to work with throughout the purchase of our new boat. When making a purchase like this, it’s important to have the opportunity to thoroughly review the boa not only in the showroom, but also out on the water. Unfortunately, my local Centurion dealer was unwilling to walk through the boat in detail, let alone provide an on-water demo. Beware!!! If you place an order watch out for the fine print. Addendum: Since I did not want to provide details only to warn others I will do so since it is their claim they did not hear anything from me. I have numerous emails back and forth not to mention the final decision to accept my return but only credit me a fraction of the total costs in shipping to me, shipping unacceptable shirts back to them, and a hefty “restocking” fee. Two shirts RETURNED cost more than the items themselves.
Could not be more impressed with BoardCo. If you head into the Springville location, ask for Brody he is one of the most nice and genuine guy that will get you taken care of. Never felt that I was being pushed towards something that wouldn’t work for me and gave me great advice as a first time boat owner. World class guy and a top-notch experience.
We just bought a new Supreme s240 and it was a great experience. Brody helped us and went above and beyond. Can’t say enough about the customer service before and after purchase and how easy they made buying the boat and shipping it. Will definitely purchase here again for our next boat! Thank you BoardCo
