Ordered a vest. Size chart grossly misrepresented actual size. No big deal except the return policy doesn't refund shipping to you and you have to use their shipping on way back that was 2x normal Fedex cost. So I'm out $30 because their size chart was wrong with no offer to comp any of shipping. Definitely wont order from them again.
The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Tanner (our salesman). He was very nice and I believe he was sincere in his promises. After my experience I looked back at their reviews. They have a bunch of 5 star reviews from people who purchased a new boat and were happy. I would sure hope that someone who just bought a new toy they wanted would be happy. We ordered an $800 surfboard that arrived damaged. BoardCo resolved the issue to our satisfaction.
Tanner is awesome. I will send all my friends to him and will only buy boat from him inthe future. He always answers my calls and helps me with any questions. I’m glad I bought my NV233 from him.
Had a pleasant experience purchasing a new boat at BoardCo. Staff was responsive and knowledgeable. They didn’t try and sell the most expensive boat but got to know us and helped us to make an informed decision that met our needs. Have no problem recommending BoardCo for your next boat purchase.
