Great variety of classes and easy free parking across the street.
Went to my first Board30 class and was impressed with the one on one attention that I got. The boards are fun to use and the HIIT method is perfect. It was fun, energetic and a great workout. I will be back.
Dropped in for a class while in Park City for a wedding and was not disappointed! Michelle taught the class and we managed to get everything worked out in just 30 minutes. Loved the concept and hope to see a Board30 in Kentucky soon!
Just left my first class. SOOOOO good! Heather taught the class so knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a 30 minute class, fast fast and effective. A mix of Pilates and HIIT. 5 stars! A must try if ur visiting Park City. Right in town SO convenient!
