LOVE Board30! It is a fantastic workout for the whole body. All of the trainers are wonderful. Classes are hard work but always fun!
The instructors are amazing but my favorite classes
I have been a member since the day Board 30 opened its doors. I honestly have never been so consistent with my workouts. The reason it is so amazing is the caring, knowledgeable instructors and the super supportive fellow class members. I am grateful that I joined.
Really fun way to get in shape. I love lifting weights and this produces the same results but using resistance bands. Staff are really helpful and energetic.
I absolutely love this place and it has been my Covid survival tool. Kelli and the rest of the coaches are amazing. I love that I can get in early in the morning, knock out a 45 minute workout and I'm done for the day. I also like the combination of body sculpting and cardio and there are a lot of class times to choose from. This is a workout where you get in and out quickly and feel you've accomplished a lot.
