Flooring is checking and splitting. Gaps between the boards. Impossible to get warranty honored. Board of your (BoYF) installed a Lauzon Hardwood floor in my home Aug 2021. By Dec 2021 the floor was splitting and checking. In Dec a piece split off and tore through my daughter's pants and scratched her leg. We worry about injuries from the floor and have placed tape over the splits and checking locations we have found so far. In 2021, my wife and I bought a new build home in Paris and removed nearly all the flooring so that we could have quality hardwood installed at a more affordable price. We had an amazing experience with Board of Your Flooring. From negotiating price, showing up on time, quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and absolutely superb cleanliness post-install. I will definitely be returning in the future.
