We are an active duty military family. I've been trying to get my license for two months in California. Every nurse I've ever known has always said how terrible it is to get a license to work here. It’s been more than 10 weeks and I am still waiting for my license, when I called the person was so rude and said I can just wait.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The employee hung up on me after 3 minutes into the call back because I asked her to clarify if my name was misspelled on their end because it was on mine. She decided it was okay to hang up on me because “I think you’re having a bad day. Goodbye.” When it seemed like she was actually having a bad day. As an applicant seeking assistance, I understand that staff members may have a high volume of calls and responsibilities.
